I would like to buy the first one but can only do so with points at the moment.
With the pups - since they are so flea bitten you may wish to take some Vaseline or an oil that won't hurt them if they lick it off each other, put some around the ear canal but not inside. That will keep whatever fleas are on them off. That also works with the nose, mouth, eyes, bum and genitalia. It's safe for pups and kittens and the vets I worked with used it for the really young ones because you are not supposed to put them in a flea bath until they are about 7-8 weeks or so. That will protect their more sensitive areas a bit more because those fleas are probably driving them completely mad.
Next thing - they will have lost quite a bit of blood from the fleas. They are still so young. Plain yogurt with a bit of banana crushed into it should help some and bring up their itty bitty appetites.
You will want to get a flea bath and home spray for the fleas. The home spray will make sure that there will be no flea babies later on and the bath you'll need to get rid of the ones on them. Don't bring them to a dog wash and such unless you know the people or are doing the cleaning with them. It's pretty easy to wash them once you get into it. Just wipe a touch of the soap around the sensitive areas before actually getting them into the water. Also do this around the neck. That's straight soap. Wash all the bottom end first then slowly get around the face and gently wash there.
Sorry if I sound a bit naggy or anything like that. I just worked with vets and in pet salons more than enough to know these little things as I've done it all. Time and time again. Oh ... remember to keep them warm. They will need it very much.
